What we do for manufacturing plants

Component identification
We identify bearings and parts from a worn marking, dimensions or a photo, and select equivalents from other brands so the machine runs again without modifications.

Technical advice
We help choose a bearing for the load, speed, temperature and contamination, and advise on clearance, sealing, lubrication and mounting.

Breakdown support
When a machine is down, time matters. We quote with priority, confirm availability and arrange fast shipping – usually 1–2 days.

On-site measurements
We visit manufacturing plants, measure shafts, housings and worn parts, then select the right components – even when the machine documentation is lost.

Non-standard bearings to order
We source bearings with unusual dimensions, designs and tolerances that are not in distributors' standard ranges.

Engineering department and CNC machining
We design and CNC-machine non-standard machine components: sleeves, shafts, guide elements and parts that are no longer produced.

Cutting and joining linear rails
We cut rails to length and join sections into long tracks keeping the required fit – ready to mount.

Delivery and invoice
We ship by courier and issue a VAT invoice (also in KSeF). Regular customers can get deferred payment terms.
