Z42 SWR

SWR Z42 is a classical v-belt in section Z / 10, 10 × 6 mm (top width × height), length Li 1,060 mm. The section is defined by DIN 2215 / ISO 4184, so the belt fits any pulley of the same section.

Lengths of this belt: Ld – datum length (effective Lw/Lp) 1,082 mm, Li – inside length 1,060 mm, La – outside length 1,098 mm. Orders and pulley calculations use the datum length Ld; the inside length Li is the one you can measure with a tape.

The smallest recommended pulley diameter is 50 mm; on a smaller pulley the belt fails sooner. Mass per metre 0.064 kg/m. Order belts for one drive as a matched set from one batch — a length difference makes one belt do the work of two.
